I've known Rick from North West Auto Repair for a while. He's a straight shooter. When I go to him with problems, I get the repair handled. I've been using his services for about three years. more

Great service 3/31/2014

North West Auto Repair fixed the air-conditioner and heater in my car. Both now work great and I haven't had any problems. They saw me really quickly. The pricing was fair and I felt they were trustworthy. more

Professional & Reliable Auto Care at an affordable rate 3/27/2014

My experience with North West Auto Repair LLC's has been great overall. They are very reliable when it comes to the service they provide and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. They get things done when they say they will, keep their word and I trust them on that. I live in Vegas now unfortunately so it's out of range for me but I had my two daughters take their cars there and he fixed them right away and it was another great experience. Jodi D. - I had my daughters take their cars there - He's there and fast - Reliable - Doesn't cost me much - They get it done when they say they will - I unfortunately live in Vegas now so I wish they were out here for - Very trustworthy and I highly recommend them to anybody in the area in need of a servicing more

My mechanic for life 3/2/2014

I had a truck I had just bought a couple years ago, and the rear end went out. I had my truck towed to Ricks shop and he got right on fixing it for me. He was so professional and kind. The guys were real easy to talk to. Now my whole family uses him for all there mechanical needs. My dad just recently had his engine rebuilt there and it came off without a hitch! I totally trust Ricks work and you will to! more

Just excellent 1/29/2014

I love North West Auto Repair. They always give me a good price and everyone else in my family uses them because their service is top notch. We've been using them for about five years and have been very pleased. Rick is a hardworking, honest, and friendly mechanic. We shopped around to get some of the things in my wife's car fixed and Rick offered to do it for way more than half off the other quotes. He never tries to upsell us and is just an all around great guy. I have a custom car that he's installed a new alternator and seals for with great care. Everything about the service is just excellent. They're my go-to auto repair company! more

My experience has been great 1/22/2014

North West Auto Repair has replaced an alternator and brakes and oil changes. Rick's just great every time I go there. He works fast, he's honest, and I really trust him with my car. He's always given me amazing deals and just really appreciate the service they provide me. Would recommend to anyone I can. more

Trustworthy and affordable 12/31/2013

North West Auto Repair does regular maintenance for my vehicles. Rick has always worked on my car and has done an amazing job. He guarantees what he does 100% and I've never had to take anything back. He's just very knowledgeable. He can fix anything and he's trustworthy. I never have to worry about him saying something's wrong when it's not. I feel very confident and comfortable with Rick. He's just amazing! more

Two thumbs up 12/23/2013

Rick at North West Auto Repair is the only mechanic I'll ever use. He's a 100% honest worker who never upsells whenever I need something done. At the drop of a hat, he'll walk out of the front door to help me fix a problem. I really appreciate how very accommodating he is. I've been using him for almost five years now for the remarkable service that he's given me. I've sent my parents there and they're just as pleased. I'd like to note that every one of his repairs comes with a lifetime warranty which is a huge plus. I'm planning on having him rebuild my transmission soon. North West Auto Repair is simply the best in the area. more

I recommend North West Auto Repair all the time. They've done work for me and they're great. From servicing my truck and vehicles and everything's been great. No $@!#% when you go in there. Being a single female, I find that a lot of mechanics out there try to rip me off. I am happy to have found North West Auto Repair LLC because they are good people. I have used them several times for car repairs, and they definitely don't do more work than what is necessary. The mechanics are very upfront with me, and that is hard to find. It's always a pleasant experience working with them because they're all great at what they do. The location is very easy to find, too, and I think it is in a more secure area than some other auto shops. I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there. more

Rick is an auto repairman you can trust. 10/22/2013

Rick from North West Auto Repair LLC is honest and trustworthy. When he thinks something is not worth fixing, he tells you instead of just fixing it. I have recommended many, many people go to his place. It's very difficult to find an honest auto repair person, so I'm happy to have finally found him. I've been going there for a year and a half. I know the work's going to get done right and that his prices will be fair, but it's more his honesty and integrity that keep me coming back. more

He treated me well! 9/26/2013

Rick at North West Auto Repair has treated me really well. I've had four or five things done on my car there and the most recent one was I took my son's car up there. We had two mechanics who couldn't figure out what was wrong so I brought it up to Rick and he fixed it for me! He's very honest and I'd recommend him to anybody. Bob Bassett more

Quick, efficient and reasonably priced! 12/29/2011

The team at Northwest Auto really takes care of me. I have had them perform tune-ups, fix my brakes, replace a headlight and everything in between. They perform all auto services and prices are very reasonable. They always work with me on my schedule and are always honest. The mechanics at Northwest Auto Repair explain problems or issues with my vehicle in terms I can understand and estimates are always accurate. I highly recommend Northwest Auto Repair to anyone looking for a long term auto shop that will give you a great deal and fantastic service! more

They did a great job 11/29/2011

Last week the heater in my car went out, I called a few places, but no one could get me in right away and being that it was about 20 degrees outside, I needed my car fixed as soon as possible. I called up NW Auto Repair and they got me in right away. They didn't have the part I needed to fix my car, but they were able to wire my heater so that it atleast worked until the part came in. A couple days later I went back and within in 20 minutes my car was done. Rick and his guys did a great job, I will be going back there again if I ever have any more car problems. more
