He told me I needed a new fridge - and sold me one. The next day, my friend got mine working - no parts needed. I still needed them to fix my washer. They said they would call when the part came in. I waited a week - no call. I finally called them and found out they had cancelled my service request and restocked the part. They fixed nothing and charged me $149.95. I have to call another company now, start all over, and pay again. I'm trying to talk to a manager or owner, but I'm told he''s out of town. The only person I can seem to contact is the technician who did this to me.
