Neil Hogg greeted me when I arrived on the dealership lot and asked if I would like some assistance in looking for a car. Neil was very informative and also very patient as I looked at different Fiat models and types and years. I spent approximately five hours looking at Fiats before making my decision. Neil continued to be informative and patient as I weighed one vehicle over another. He took me on two test drives to help me with my decision. He offered good advice and when I made my decision, got me a great deal. Neil was very helpful and so was Ryan Hon in reviewing the financing with me. Thank you. more

I was extremely late for my appointment but was still greeted pleasantly and enjoyed a tour of the used vehicles. Did some test driving of fiats and of a Chevy spark. Justin was knowledgeable and easy going and didn't put any pressure on me unlike dealers I'd felt with at other companies. He made the whole buying experience less stressful and more fun! more

Excellent All Way Around 1/19/2016

We came in just to look at used Fiat cars because we wanted a vehicle with better gas mileage than the truck we were currently driving. Yours was the first dealership we stopped at. Carlos was extremely helpful - he showed us which vehicles you had on your lot at the price we wanted to pay. He showed me all of the features of the cars and offered to let me take a test drive, which I did. I really had my eye on a Fiat 500 Cabrio Lounge, which he did not show us at first, but when I asked about it Carlos got the key and showed me all the extra features, I drove this one also (I absolutely loved it) and ended up buying it. more
