One of the WORST service/ repair experiences of my life!!! The sales department took over 4 days to do something that was originally estimated to take 8 hours & cost about $400 more than I expected. The service department manager was rude and interupted me when I tried to explain the problem saying ""oh well, at least we provided you with a loaner and didn't leave you hanging."" This loaner smelled like an ashtray and when it got a flat tire, they refused to fix it and said I may be charged for damage to the tire. The same service department refused to give names or contact information about owner & managers of the facility. I will never be using this Volkswagon location for anything if this is how they treat customers.
