I have never had a problem with this office. I have been using NPD for my dentistry needs for at least 8 years now, and they have always been exceptional. The office staff have always been very attentive and helpful. The assistants have always been kind,friendly and very knowledgeable and doctor's have always done a great job at diagnosing and explaining my dental needs in a way that I can understand. They have always been upfront and fair about their pricing. I highly recommend North Point Dental to any of my friends and family and give the highest of ratings. Go to North Point Dental for your dental needs. And no, i do not work for them. =) more

This office is a shady office, run by people who do not know what they are doing. They only explain your benefits after they've done procedures or unnecessary x-rays, all of this after you've told them you only want procedures and x-rays if they are covered by your insurance. With all the dentists in the area, do not take advantage of the fact this office can schedule an appointment for you quicly. They can fit you in because nobody returns for a second visit! more

Horrible place 5/12/2011

wish here is a way not to give them a star in the first place. This place is horrible. I came in for regular teeth cleaning and ended up getting charged hundreds of dollars. Service was horrible, nobody ever picks up the phone. they are so money hungry that they added so many extra charges that it took me 2 months to pay everything off. please stay away from this place. they will scam you. more

Key word used by this place: Periodontal Disease. They told me I had it everytime I went there and prescribed me unecessary rinses and 'kits' that cost me an arm and a leg. In my opinion, this is highway robbery. I have switched my dentist and will never return. more
