Service department was friendly, genuinely helpful and focused on customer service. I hope I continue to be happy with this dealership. If so, I will certainly buy my new Genesis here next year. more

They will not try to tell you that more repairs are needed for your vehicle if they do not exist. They always try their hardest to make sure repairs are done in due time and done correctly. They never over charge for their service. They try to make you a part of the family. Always courteous, polite,and respectful. Best dealership ever. Been coming here for over 4 years now. more

Didn't listen and didn't ask 6/25/2014

Didnt check out the reason why i took it there in the first place which was the car completely died while driving and please check the alternator. This was told to the guy when i dropped it off. Go to pick it up and all they did was put oil in it. After complaining they then checked out the alternator which was the original complaint. Did work without asking. Changed battery saying it had a dead cell. Took old battery back to auto store where i purchased and it was fine. Replaced synthetic oil with normal oil. Again because they didnt ask. Check engine light came on on way back home from dealer. Battery died one week later. So much for quality work. more

Great Experience For an Aggravating Requirement 5/14/2014

This is a very service oriented place. I have been in the customer service (Procurement for clients in the oil field) business for 35 years and it is great to be treated as you have treated others.
