At first it was a fun experience because I was living with a friend. But as the months went on, there were random ""utility"" charges every month for $5 here and $6 there. I put up with that foolishness for 2 years. So for a year I paid $599 plus ""utility"" charges. and then another year I paid $595 plus ""utility"" charges. So they got that from me and my roommates. So each month they got over $2400 for an apartment that's not really all that great. I had moved out early and there were only 2 people using ""utilities"" in the apartment, and my room was locked, yet and still I was charged $10. The next moth I was charged $3.07 even though only one person was living there. When I asked why I was being charged even though MY ""utilities"" weren't being used, there was no explanation. They said the only way to stop charging me was for me to turn in my key....so I did, the very next day. Someone came and viewed my room and gave me the okay to leave. And then a whole month later when someone else has already moved in, I receive a bill for over $100 in damages. The only person to talk to is the bookkeeper but all you can get on the phone are incompetent student helpers. I say don't even bother living here. It's a nightmare and is not worth the $1000s of dollars you will pay.
