I will not give Northern Pharmacy any star or a good reference. They have grown from being a small personal pharmacy who care about their customer and the hospital and nursing home orders that they filled to we want our money and poor customer services. You go into the supply area and their are a group of children that are suppose to wait on you that only care about what conversation they are having. You wait until someone decides to help you. How about that one of the biggest pharmacy supplying hospital and nursing treating there walk in customer like s*****t. more

Northern Pharmacy 4/8/2006

This is a specailty pharmacy that you would go to when you need medical supplies that you cannot get most other places. It is always busy and has very limited parking. The service is slow even if there is no one there but you . When you go in the person at the desk will get to you when she feels like it. She will call in the back to get someone to come out to wait on you. They will be with you when they get there. If they are busy, it will take longer. Once they arrive they know their job and can get what you want and get you out quickly. I have had to deal with these people a few times and the service is always the same. This is a necessary place and you only go there when it is necessary. more

If you are in the need of crutches or any other type of home medical equipment, this is THE place to go. If the Northern Pharmacy does not carry it, chances are it does not exist! They take medicare and Medicaid payments and handle paperwork for you which is so comforting. they have delivery service too. more
