Northern Kitchen Cabinets Bath

I urge everyone to stay away from Northern Kitchen Cabinets out of Ranlo NC. The owner Jim is very dishonest and I have had to clean up two of his messes in the last 6 months. The most recent customer paid for cabinets and never received them. I am working with this family to help them out as much as possible. Again, Jim is dishonest, rude, flat out lies and you may never get the material you order so stay away! more

The company misrepresented a cabinet as being made by the same company as the rest of my cabinets. I had to contact the cabinet company to confirm this was not true. The cabinet does not match and cannot be replaced without replacing all of the granite. The craftsmanship is poor. The bar that is constructed wobbles. There are cuts in the wood and things do not line up properly. The dishwasher is not secured and the sink is not secured properly. The granite is ""reject"" granite (I learned after researching why it does look like I thought it should.) The list could go on and on. I tried for months to resolve to matter to no avail. In the end, I feel this company is dishonest and incompetent. I would not recommend them to anyone. more
