WOW! I called them Saturday morning and left a message that my furnace was constantly running and blowing cool air. Dan returned my call within minutes and said a tech would be out around 1:00. Sure enough, Scott showed up about 12:50 and started to diagnose the problem. In no time, he was able to pinpoint a faulty sensor switch and had a replacement in his truck. Not only was Scott quick in finding the problem but he was professional and very personable. He was in and out in twenty-five minutes. The price was fare and he also advised me on how to extend the life of my water heat and even went as far as showing me how to replace the pressure relief valve and expansion tank… HOW ABOUT THAT!
