They know what they're doing 4/14/2013

I couldn't be happier with the work that was done on my Porsche 911SC. Dave performed a 4 wheel alignment and corrected my ride height, but also noticed that when he test drove my car that the clutch needed to be adjusted and took care of that issue also. Will definitely be going back. more

Battery replacement; oil change 4/7/2013

Oil Change and noise assesment 4/5/2013

Fast, easy oil change. Took the time to explain and review a belt issue that the car is having. Made time at next oil change to fix issue and get parts in for it. more

A loyal customer for almost 2 decades now! 4/18/2012

I can't say enough good things about Northend Wrench. We've been taking our vehicles there for almost 20 years, and have told many friends to use them too. They have always fixed it right the first time, at a fair price. But check this out: There have been times when, instead of doing work and charging me, they'll suggest an alternative that means no revenue for them, but in the end, saves me money. Case in point was my latest appointment: Took my SUV in, on 4/16/2012, for a whining sound the engine was making. They felt it was likely a timing chain issue, but get this: they pulled up a service bulletin from the manufacturer, and encouraged me to go to a dealer and see if the work would be covered under warranty. It was! I'm guessing it would've easily been $1,000+ out of my pocket otherwise. NORTHEND WRENCH ROCKS! more
