Locally Owned, Quality Service, with Integrity 8/5/2013

I've been a customer for over 25 years and wouldn't trust my car to anyone else. I took it in for its 100k mile service, thinking it needed brakes. Dave called to tell me the brakes just needed cleaned, and the charge was $50-something. In an industry where dealership service departments are looking to scam you every chance they get, you can trust that Northend Wrench will never. more

Friendly helpful 7/31/2013

My dash board is not put together well, door panel is starting to come loose again. Front radio speakers do not work now. Can I stop by with car to have them repaired or at least looked at.? more

It is very hard to find a mechanic that you can trust. After years of frustration dealing with people who were constantly screwing me over I found Northend Wrench. Everything they have said and done was in by best interest. They do good work and they charge a fair price. more

thorough and professionial 7/24/2013

i have always believed that for the most part you get what you pay for with most things in life. so even though my final bill was more expensive than i had anticipated, and i had to wait almost two weeks to get an appointment, the service was an indicator as to why. i feel like my car was thoroughly inspected, all of the work was excellent, and the communication was excellent. i will be a return customer. more

Northend Wrench: Consistently the Best 7/21/2013

I took my 2001 Chrysler Voyager in for brake replacement. When I got the vehicle back, my tires had been rotated as well--no extra charge. The main reason this car is still running at 204,000 miles is because of the excellent care I receive from Northend Wrench. Been going there for 20+ years and will continue to go for the best car care in Central Ohio. more

Took care of my service request and let me know of additional items, allowing me to decide on whether or not I wanted the work done or not. They provided me with costs and had already located required parts so that I could get work done without delay. more
