I do not know where to begin. The Rakow Group is outstanding! my office overhead was out of control and my leasing contract was 100% in favor of my landlord. The Rakow professionals worked for me to lower my monthly rent, renegotiate contract terms and gave me the representation I desperately needed. more

Excellent Deal Finder! 12/18/2008

My office space lease was up and I was curious if there might be a better location and lease rate in the area. I was so impressed with the Rakow Group and their expertise with regard to Stamford office space. They found me a perfect location and my staff and I could not be happier with our new office home! more
