Waiting rooms not great. Very long wait time to be seen by doctors. Rude customer service.Years ago I had an appointment there and once it was over I went to get the bill. The Customer Service person calls down to the person on the first floor who sends the patients up and says "how could you send her up here without insurance" , while I was standing right there.
Employees will sit behind a counter that has a sliding glass. They see you standing there and ignore you. I have knocked on the glass and after several attempts the lady asked what I wanted.
Some of the glasses at the counter are covered pictures, maybe so they can say they didn't know someone was at the counter.
I have found that the people that work in mammography was nice , and some in pediatrics. Other than that my experience with NEON has been poor.
