Careful, trustworthy and hardworking professionals. These are not simply kind words, they deserve these compliments. The way North van lines crews moved my household items that made me just speechless. They were fully insured company. Being confirmed about these all related queries I hired them to move my belongings to New Mexico from Mississippi and I was certainly not incorrect. I think, they are very upstanding movers who can pride for their service and professionalism. Of course I recommend them. more

Great Service 1/30/2017

I just love North van lines! They presented me very wonderful service. I discovered them through my cousin who is regular customer of this company. I contacted with them through cell and email. I filled up the form on North Van lines and after getting my confirmation email I found them on my place in the next morning. The staffs started all works with full of energy. They brought all equipment’s and boxes to protect my stuffs. Last time I did a mistake to choose a bad moving company. That’s why I suffered very much!! But BQM pleased me with their job and the result of job. I checked my all items when they were delivered. There was no hiccup! Truly said, I didn’t expect, I would get such a great service at such little amount. I want to be their lifetime member. more

Reliable people 1/26/2017

We moved from Astoria, NY to Atlanta, GA so easily only because of North van lines. These guys were just amazing. They were punctual and responsive. They listened to all our instructions and requests. All our furniture was wrapped in shrinking tapes and other stuffs were packed into boxed. It sometimes seemed like they were using too much packing materials. But it only helped safeguarding our valuables. I received the delivery on time and in great condition. I just don't know how to properly thank these guys for the amazing job they did. more

Good job guys 1/26/2017

Moving is not fun but thank God for this company because all my stress was put to rest. I called so many places and then a friend gave me this company’s number and they gave the best rate! The movers took great care with my high extremely high end furniture and also professional boxed up all my valuables. My problem was that my new place was not ready for two weeks and they included the storing in the price of the moving fee. The wear house was air conditioned as well so all my furniture was protected and safe and secure until it was ready for the next move in. Honestly due to my new place not being ready yet I thought I had a nightmare on my hand and this ended up being the easiest move I have ever done in my life!!! The day my new place was ready the men were scheduled and were on time and unloaded and set everything back up to perfection. more

Excellent Service 1/24/2017

I hired North van lines for a very large relocation service and my most important decision would have to be that I would highly prioritize them among others. Before the move day we finished our packing and we thought we had a good performance! But they still went through and did a lot of work to ensure everything was being moved appropriately and securely. It was a long distance move and started in adverse weather. They worked diligently to complete the upload with proper care. They were excellent at both ends. more

I collected their number from my friend because he spoke sky high about them. I called and discussed my move with their sales rep. He was very attentive and responsive. He never pushed me to hire them or never asked for any upfront. I liked their moving plan and the quote was within my budget. So, I hired North Van Lines for my 3 bed room apartment move. Movers were very punctual. They came on right time and then perfectly packed all my belongings, loaded on the truck and moved without any hiccups. It took no time to get the job done and also there were no mistakes. In short, I got a perfect move. more

Happy with overall service 1/3/2017

When I hired them, all I was praying is to have a moderate move but these movers made sure that I am getting the best move of my life. If I compare their service and price with any other movers then I have to admit that they are far ahead than the others. They have adopted all the tricks of a successful move and they are always willing to give their 100%. I am very satisfied with their extraordinary service and I want others to experience the same. So, I am recommending North Van Lines. more

I Am Very Grateful 12/28/2016

I have used these guys to move about 4 or 5 times including a fairly complicated piano move. These guys are really good and inexpensive. The last time I tried to get them to do a move, Matthew was taking a break for family reasons, and they referred me to another very good service (Jackson). I am glad they are back. Highly recommend. more

Very Friendly 12/27/2016

These guys were great. Very hardworking and fast and crazy strong too. I think the names were Matthew and Kenny. Moved us from Trenton to Morris town. Small apartment but jam packed and lots and lots of books and furniture. Very professional and careful with the stuff. I'm telling everyone I know. more

The move went very smoothly and efficiently. Michael, the sales rep was very responsive, attentive and informative. He offered the best possible price and also explained the entire procedure. He also offered their storage service for free!! The crew was excellent, worked very fast and thorough. Overall, the experience was very positive and I would recommend North van lines to everyone! more

Pleasant As Possible 12/27/2016

Everything about North van lines was so professional. It was so easy getting a quote from them. The customer service was prompt and the quote was very reasonable. The movers showed up right on time and they called me 15 minutes ahead. They worked very systematically and the loading process took just 2 hours in total. They helped out in any way they can with our part of the packing. The delivery was made two days later right on due time. I was glad to see how well my valuables had travelled. This kind of professionalism is so rare these days. more

Fabulous Move 12/26/2016

North van lines were not just a moving company when they moved my belongings from Saddle Brook, NJ to Baltimore, MD. They were my moving companion. They showed up on time and worked very efficiently. In 2 hours, they finished packing and loading everything from my 3-bed house. I give credit where credit is due and these movers deserve all the credits I can give them. The delivery was made on time and everything arrived in great condition except my piano. I am absolutely elated with the amazing services they provided. But little heartbroken for the scratches on my piano. more

Outstanding move 12/13/2016

I had a superb experience with North Van Lines; they were very polite, friendly and helpful. They made the whole transition as easy as possible. They worked at prompt pace. They had to walk up and down three flights of narrow stairs to carry my items on the truck. But they had always smile on their face. After the delivery, I phoned them as I was missing a small item and they searched it and called me back saying they found the piece on their truck. They dispatched the item on the next day. It was a great service. I admire them and honestly suggest everyone to hire them for an outstanding move. more

Most trustworthy mover, I ever seen 12/12/2016

North Van Lines was our mover, quite professional and seemed they knew their job well. Matthew was very careful of my needs and very helpful. His professionalism made the move easier. I had more stuffs then I initially listed. I was overwhelmed when Matthew handled the situation. The crews were like family members, they took care of every moving item in such a way as if those belonged to them. All crews were cooperative and the entire move went smoothly. When I handed over my items to the mover, I was just released; I had no worry, no headache for any longer. I knew the items were in good hands and I was extremely correct. The result I found when they delivered. Everything was its previous condition, not a single scratch. There was no hidden or secret charge, quite fare rate. Here I must compliment the person whom North Van Lines sent to estimate, His quote was very close to the final rate. I would like to thank them again and hope they will be available if I ever move. more

Happy with overall service 11/29/2016

We have moved from New jersey to Dallas, TX using North van lines. My cousin actually told me about them and gave their number. So, I called for a quote. They gave me an onsite estimate which seemed pretty reasonable. I booked my move with them and assigned for the full service. The moving team showed up time, did the packing and loading with ease and moved everything without any damage and charged exactly what was quoted. But I have a complaint – they were 6 hours late for the drop off and never informed me about the delay. But still I am happy with the overall service. more

Absolutely Great Job 11/29/2016

The packers came the day before and were very helpful and expert in packing any delicate items. They finished packing all the items in record time. The move itself was made as easy as it can be. Movers were courteous, considerate and above all very clever! I have moved home six times in the last 10 years and have used some of the big names in moving business as well as small companies. I have had awful experiences with both. But this time I was really so lucky and North van lines was completely different than the others. They delivered everything before the expected time and there were not a single scratch on any of my possessions. Really a great job! more

Amazing Crew 11/21/2016

I had to change my moving schedule at the last minute, but that didn’t cause any issue. The crew from North van lines arrived at 5 pm on Sunday as they promised, packed everything securely and came back the next day to load those into the truck and then started to my new house. They were friendly and gracious. On arrival at the new house they quickly unloaded my stuff, assembled the furniture they had dismantled and left everything inside the rooms. Price wise they were noticeably cheaper than the others. We are very happy with the move. more

Wonderful job 11/21/2016

I moved locally last week and the move went perfect. I had a ton of boxes and they came and took them away with ease. I was thrilled that my new home was finished and I called these guys, they were there less than a week later. Disassembled my bed and my sectional couch, plastic wrap n all!!! Wonderful job from North van lines and we are so happy that we chose this company. more

I heard a lot about North van lines from my cousin who used them few months ago. That is why I hired this company for a small but tricky move. They responded really well to the task. The team of this company applied their skills and innovation to the fullest and made the move look so easy. They completed the move before the schedule and made sure that I do not have to deal with broken or damaged stuffs. Great work guys just try to keep it up. more
