They changed billing systems in 2009, and I was suddenly notified that I had a balance from 2007. When I requested details on the charge, no one seems to able to send me specific details even though I have all of my records that show 0 balance due. I have been contacting their ever changing Billing Managers and now their collection agency with no luck. Joyce the office manager was so rude! Even though she had the information in front of her she refused to tell me the details. She rudely told me to contact their collection agency who I had just spoke to. Their collection agency told me to contact the office. Sounds like they need to get on the same page. Joyce did not have to be rude to a patient actually trying to take care of a situation. If that's how they run their office and treat their patients, there are plenty of other qualified Colon & Rectal Specialist to see in Dallas.
