Doctors & Nurse Beverly are GREAT; the rest of the staff (front desk) are NOT friendly or helpful at all. They never smile and often forget to place your file in the proper place....

I made an appointment with the allergist and she forgot she had the appointment and left before I got there and I was was on a set schedule to give my daughter allergy shots. I could not get her the shot she needed and I did not have the materials to give her the shot myself. Very unprofessional. more

Unprofessional Staff 10/6/2009

Doctors & Nurse Beverly are GREAT; the rest of the staff (front desk) are NOT friendly or helpful at all. They never smile and often forget to place your file in the proper place. When they answer the phones they dont even sound nice. They are the first people you see or speak to. Not a good first impression for North State Medical Center. I will be taking my family back to our old doctor an hour away. Theres a lot to be said for a friendly staff. more

Good doctors, long wait 8/19/2005

This office has a wonderful group of doctors, but it also has some of the longest wait times I have ever experienced. Dr. Godwin is wonderful with children and adults as well. The staff is friendly and courteous, but they seem to be overbooked more often than they should be. They take most insurance and will file it for you! more
