This shop is absolutely fantastic... They have always treated me well and given my car the best of service.....Recently my civic hybrid was flooded and the desk person guided me through the whole process of red tape needed...things that I would never have thought of, not having been through the process before... And when I could not get my car towed: it was in NYC and because of the recent storm tow trucking services were not taking any more calls.. and so the tow truck service they have contracted came to pick up my car!! Fantastic... They spoke with the insurance adjuster when he came to review the damage...I could not have gotten better service throughout this ridiculous ordeal. Their waiting room is nice, it's in the dealer show room.. which is better than some other waiting rooms that are connected to the garage and so full of fumes!! I bought my car there,... Their finance person gave me a fantastic deal with Honda Finance with a wonderful interest rate... Seriously... And I chose them initially because I live in NYC and did not have transportation at the time so they let me set up the deal over the phone (I was looking very specifically for a hybrid) before coming out to sign papers, etc whereas other dealerships would not even talk to me under such terms... HA!! more

Went to this dealership to check out a car, sadly when we got there someone else had got there a few minutes before. Now anywhere else i've been to would have just sold it to us since we were already pre approved, trade in was appraised and we had $ to put down, but they followed the first come first serve policy. Honestly, it was nice (eventhough we were the 2nd place people lol After that I didn't feel like they were after our $. Luckily they had another vehicle in stock , half the miles, 3yrs newer so we checked that out & loved it. Drove it home the same day. Will definitely be referring this dealer to friends & family AND mind you, we live in STATEN ISLAND and drove all the way out to Glen Cove! so that says something about our local stealership! I am happy with my purchase, Matt was very professional. Carlos will certainly receive my servicing of the car, there is a squeak in the engine so i will have to bring back to have it looked at. Overall i am very satisfied. more

This place has its ups and downs, probably like any car dealership. The reason I finally decided to buy here is that they are ultra-professional and will treat you right when you buy a car. The salesman actually encouraged me to avoid any features that might drive the price up, which has got to be a first. He almost did this to a fault, though, as I really didn't understand the differences between the classes of cars when I made my decision. The service department seems to be pretty legit and efficient. Overall, the place comes recommended. more
