Mr. Electric Olympia have installed security lights and motion detectors. They also installed my generator and electrical panel to control everything, and I was very impressed with these. I had looked online and saw reviews for Mr. Electric so I decided to use them. I believe the previous owner of the house had used them too and was happy as well. I would recommend Mr. Electric because they're prompt, competent, friendly, and do their job! Mr. Electric is everything you could ask for in a contractor! more

Jim and his staff have been my electricians of choice. Jim and I used to be in a business professional group together (how I met him). The meetings required a brief "sell" of each of our businesses. Jim always offered us useful information on home safety and other subjects. When one of his staff or he have come to our business we have been quite satisfied with the results; the few times there needed to be a revisit, it was accomplished quickly and with courtesy. more

Most recently, they fixed some bad wiring in two light fixtures, one on my porch and another in the ceiling above my front door. The do good work, and get it done quickly. more

The service person was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He got the job done and I couldn't have asked for more. I believe the person who helped me was Rick. Jim and his dad are pretty high up in the electrical community so I just picked them since I thought they'd do the best job and were the most experienced. Mr. Electric Olympia have done several large projects for us over the years. They put in a back up generator, rewired an old panel and expanded and rewired the capacity for an old panel. Recently, they did a little bit of work for us and installed a ductless heater. We think it's great to help out a local business that provides this quality of work. I used Mr. Electric Olympia a couple years ago and they gave me reasonable rates, so I signed up for a membership. I have been impressed with the staff and their customer service. The technicians come out within a reasonable time and they talk with you about the work they are going to do before they do it. They are very professional. They have installed 2 King heaters for me as well as some outlets. My experience with Mr. Electric has been good, so I will continue to use them. more

I first heard about Mr. Electric Olympia because I bought a house and their sticker was on the inside of the circuit box. Our home inspector said that they were one of the best, which made us decide to use them. The 2 fellows who came out to do the work were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing, and worked well together as a team. They took time to talk to me about what they were doing and why. They took any surprises that they found in stride and dealt with everything in a nice manner. Our inspector came today and signed off on the work that Mr. Electric Olympia did. I was very pleased with what they did and how they did it. I have no complaints whatsoever. more

Mr. Electric of Olympia was recommended to me by the inspector who inspected my house. They are very professional, courteous, and very thorough. If there are things he feels I don't need, he won't recommend them. That means he has a lot of integrity. Whenever they come out to my house they call ahead of time to make sure I am there. The one time I wasn't there they came back with no problem. They are friendly and courteous; I would highly recommend them. They have a great work ethic. I started using them in July of this year because I bought a home. They were the first company I had contact with. Their work is wonderful, perfect. The one problem we had they came right away to fix. If they don't feel I need the work done right then, they won't recommend I get it. They are not out for the money. They are really right on top of it. They are locally owned, very professional, and have lots of integrity. They are honest, caring people which really makes a difference. more

Our home was 42 years old when we had Mr. Electric Olympia totally re-wired it. It was quite a project because we can't be tearing walls down while still living there. However, we have an attic and crawl space which they used to get as much of the old wire out as they possibly could. Our house was built in the late 1960's, when they still used aluminum, so it needed to be replaced, and what they couldn't get out, they made sure to disable. Our wiring is no longer a hazard. The service men were very courteous. Every night, during the entire 3 week project, they would make sure we had electricity in the parts of the house we needed access to before they left. There were mostly two men working for us, and a third one would come sometimes, and they were all very competent. We really had a good relationship with them because they were so courteous and easy to deal with. During this large project Mr. Electric Olympia also really stood behind us and steered us in the right direction when dealing with the cable company and the power company. They were extremely helpful and supportive, letting us know not to allow the other companies to blow us off. We are totally satisfied with their service and I would highly recommend them. more
