North Ridge Church is the most Bible based , Jesus loving church I've ever attended! It has a friendly loving atmosphere. We love everyone who come in the doors. We don't judge others, that's Gods job. We want to illuminate the love of Christ in our words and actions. Everyone is welcome. If the more modern style doesn't suite you, there are plenty of wonderful churches in this area that serve The Lord that might. more

North Ridge Church is the most Bible based, spirit filled , Jesus believing church I've ever attended. We believe in sharing Jesus through our words and our action as compassionately as Jesus would. We are quick to love and pray for those who need Jesus. We don't judge we leave that to God. We are very friendly and inviting. Try and see if its the church for you. If its not your style there are other wonderful churches in our area that might suit your style. We want you to worship where you feel Jesus. more

I have visited this Church a few times in the past. I did not get a sense of true Christianity in the members. Although some were hospitable, others were very standoffish. I also did not like the overall persona of the Church. It seemed more geared towards it being created into some modern worldy event center than the house of the Lord. They also seem to praise themselves a lot, seeking out community approval instead of worrying whether God approves or not. I saw a lot of confusion in this Church. God is not the author of confusion. It seemed to stem from the conflicting new age era modern bibles suited for mans needs and not Gods desires.. I would unfortunately not recommend this Church to new Christians/believers for spiritual growth. more

After searching for a church to call home for quite some time... My family and I found North Ridge and fell in love! The people are welcoming, the worship is engaging, and the sermons are based on the word of God! The church offers several opportunities to become involved and grow in Christ! They display the love of God and truly depict their motto of ""Love God, Love people"" it's definitely worth a try you won't be disappointed!!! more

North Ridge's passion for reaching out into our community is what attracted us to this church. I am thankful to be a part of a church the does Love God and people. Dean and the other pastors preach from God's word and have dedicated their lives to His service. We have to remember that we are all human and our focus should always be on God and not man. I love my church. more

North Ridge was the first church we visited since moving to Asheboro in 2008. That one time was all we really needed, and we have been members since. What eased us in was the smiles and warm welcomes. The pastors are very personable and share sermons that are relate-able and according to the Word. Once you take the time to plug-in to a ministry and connect with others, it quickly becomes a wonderful church family. I love North Ridge and welcome anyone and everyone to visit and see for yourself! more

From the moment I first walked in, I've felt welcomed at North Ridge Church. They don't judge people and they are accepting of everyone. I'm always greeted by name and I'm always greeted with smiles. I love that the music is eclectic...from traditional hymns to modern Christian rock, they do it all. I've never seen a church that cared so much about its members before coming to North Ridge. I consider this church to be my home away from home. more

I grew up in churches in the area that argued over what color the carpet should be and spent more time worried about making plans than reaching people for the Lord. Northridge Church is not perfect, but we are a church that has a drive to reach the lost in the community by reaching out and pointing others, one-on-one, to the one who loves, Jesus Christ. Yes, our church is different, in the fact we don't care what you wear to service, nor what you have done in your past. We don't have hymnals and we sing anything from ""Amazing Grace"" to ""Take it all"" by Hillsong, but the one thread that binds us together is the need to have less of us and more of God. Come out and try us out. We look forward to having you. more

North Ridge Church has been the place that has helped me to grow into a better believer and follower of Christ. This church has the biggest heart and love for people and the community around it, not just here in Randolph County, but the communities around the world. Their outreach and community group programs allow for healing, support, and real change to happen.Their children's ministries are true to scrupture and pointing families toward Jesus. They are not your traditional ""worship on Sunday in your Sunday best"" type of experience. Ministry happens everyday here. North Ridge opens the hearts and souls of those who need Jesus in their lives. We ALL need that and Pastor Dean can really touch you in your seats and allow you to see and feel the relationship you can and need to have with Jesus. I have never felt so close to Jesus and at home in another church environment before North Ridge. They have a great stafff of pastors and worship team members that know how to express Jesus and scripture well. Prayers are getting answered and lives are being changed everyday through this church! Ilove it and hope it will continue to grow and be a place of comfort for everyone. Love God. Love People. more

Worst Church a person could possibly go to. The people are unfriendly to any newcomer & certainly does not follow Jesus example or His Word. more

As someone who has been a part of both traditional and non-traditional churches, I can tell you that North Ridge has been the greatest example of what Jesus intended for the church to be. The church's tagline of 'Love God. Love People.' is REALLY lived out and it's refreshing to finally be a part of such a loving body of believers. The thing that I love is that this is a modern, come-as-you-are church that features modern worship and relevant teaching - and most importantly, they follow scripture without apology. Also, Dean (the pastor) has a laser-beam focus on meeting the needs in and around Asheboro and Randolph County. This is definitely not a church for the 'comfortable' or those who want to go to a church to 'get something.' This church is all about proclaiming God's love and the way they do it is by hitting the streets and meeting the needs of the people in our community. Check it out...you won't be disappointed! more
