North Park Isuzu

I was highly recommended to this body shop and had nothing but problems. They did do a good job on the body work but messed up my floor mats on the inside and also scratched up my glove box because they shoved all the old dirty parts inside. Also I was told on six different occassions that my vehicle would be ready and it wasn't until I got ugly with them was I able to get my vehicle back. The excuse I got everytime I called was ""we're busy"". I got so tired of hearing the word busy it was ridiculous. I will NEVER go back and will NEVER recommend this collision center to anyone I know. more

The people at North Park Collision Center were friendly and very helpful. The young girl that helped me was very nice and patient with me. I did not know what to do and she walked me through the process and explained everything. I had several delays with the other persons insurance company and she called to clear things up with them for me. My car looked wonderful when I got it back. The other persons insurance gave me the run around and tried to put generic parts on my car and the girl at North Park Collision Center fought them to get good Lexus parts on my car. She also helped me when they tried to stop paying for my rental car before my car was ready. North Park Collision Center is truly fighting for their customers. She treated my like family and not like just another customer. Pros: Helpful, informatitive Cons: no breakfast more
