Best Friends' Best Friends 5/24/2011

I've been taking my dogs and cats to North Main (we've seen all the vets including Dr. Francisco) for over 40 years. We've tried a couple of other veterinary offices and were morbidly disappointed. My now grown children have continued the tradition of taking pets to N. Main for care. All of the doctors and the staff are quite capable and caring. Wouldn't trust my best friends to anyone else. more

Great Care and Consideration 2/6/2009

I owned a yellow lab for almost nine (9) years and the care I received from Dr. Mast has always been exemplary. The charges for any procedure were reasonable and he always took the time to explain any procedure that was going to be done in a professional and kind manner. If I ever called, the staff always relayed the messages to him and he always called me back even if it was after office hours.\r \r I would recommend Dr. Mast to any of my friends who were looking for a veterinarian. more

Have tried out many and have found a home... 1/14/2009

I have taken my dogs to quite a few vets over the years and have finally found one I love in North Main Animal Clinic. When we had to put our Doberman down, even the vet had tears in his eyes and was very supportive. My greyhound repeatedly breaks her pinky toes and b/c of knowing her and how she does it, they don't gouge me in price. They really seem to care about their customers. more

Never Again! 9/26/2008

He said it wasn't...Turns out it was! Our puppy is doing better already! Thank God! \r \r Steer clear unless you want to empty your wallet every visit! more

Norht Main Animal Hospital 7/25/2008

Dr. Mast is by far the best vet I have ever encountered. He is thorough, friendly and very kind with animals. I would never stray from here, but be prepared to wait very long and to endure some rude treatment from some of the girls up front. This office does provide a lot of discounted care for shelters and rescues and are extremely busy therefore, I don't mind the wait and support them. Their prices are better than most other offices around here. Although I would I still pay more for Dr. Mast. more

I take all my pets here. Service is always good. The doctors are good and don't offer things you don't need. Very kind. My mom has been taking her pets here since SHE was little! more

Nice Friendly Office 12/7/2005

We adopted our cat from here and had all of his routine care provided for at the office. However, when an emergency arises at 4 pm on a Friday, you should probably look elsewhere for help. more

They get the Job done, but.... 11/23/2005

My family has been going to North Main for years. So, when my dog need care I went straight there. They are good with the animals, but the office is very busy. My dog had some skin allergies and then they gave her some shots. The shots ended up making her very sick and I had to bring her back within the hour. I ended up spending around $250 for a dog that had a skin allergy. They are expensive. I have started to go to another vet in my area and I'm very pleased with them. PROS: Clean and Friendly CONS: Very Expensive more

Friendly, Caring Service 7/15/2005

Recently we had to take our cat to a veterinarian because she was very ill. We were new patients, but wanted to get in right away to see a vet. They scheduled an appointment for later that afternoon. The staff was extremely friendly, gentle, and helpful. They took wonderful care of our cat and were flexible about letting us bring our cat home or leave her there. They seemed genuinely inerested in the welfare of our pet, and I feel confident in recommending them to others. more

Solid Veterinary Services 5/20/2005

I have been taking my two cats here for at least the last five years, and have been very satisfied with their service. The vets are friendly and gentle, and always take the time to talk with you, answer questions, and explain any problems. I visited once while pregnant with questions about toxoplasmosis and my risk of catching it from my cats. Not only did the veterinarian discuss the issue at length, he even printed some things off the internet for me to take home! Appointments are easy to get, and I have never had to wait long before being taken into a room. more
