have a real lemon of a car that is constantly having issues. Unfortunately for me, the issues are usually pretty serious and involve some serious $$$ and are almost always very lengthy repairs. I have a VW so many places will not even work on it. Overall, it's generally very frustrating for me. North Hills Exxon has made all of that a non-issue. They have taken SO much time to spend on my car and make sure that it is absolutely in perfect condition. If anything is wrong, they fix it right away. If anything happens to something they have previously worked on, they fix it for me, free of charge. I'm so satisfied with the work they have done and i'm sure, will continue to do, on my car. This is the most horrible service station i have ever been to. I went to North Hills Exxon for a simple state inspection. I was previously at my mechanics shop which my family has known for over 25 years. Their inspection machine was not communicating correctly with the DMV that day so they could not send my information on to the DMV to fully pass the inspection. Everything was fine with the car. So i went to North Hills Exxon for the inspection. They told me that my front right brake caliper was leaking brake fluid. HMm. Thats funny i just left another shop and everything was fine. The mechanic then went on to tell me it would be ONLY $55 to fix it, said he could order that part and it would be here in an hour. Me being smart i called that a lie, paid my 24 dollars and took it back to my familys shop. Left the car there told them that exxon said the front right caliper was leaking. They called me back the next day after their inspection machine was fixed AND TOLD ME THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH THE BREAK AND THEY TAMPERED WITH IT. YES THATS RIGHT EXXON SABOTAGED MY BREAK CALIPER TO TRY AND CHARGE ME AN EXTRA $55 BUCKS FOR A ""PROBLEM"". Exxon said they needed to order a part, that was aCOMPLETE LIE. THE CAR WAS FINE. EXXON IS OUT THERE ROBBING PEOPLE AND CRATING PROBLEMS ON CARS THAT NEVER EXISTED. more

After gassing up and obtaining an estimate, I found them to be very personable, helpful and courteous. The estimate was reasonable. The gas slightly higher priced than average. The station was fairly clean and well stocked more

I was pretty happy with the service that I recieved here. They were the closest place to me when my car broke down, there are really located in a great location, you can't miss them. The poeple that worked on my car were able to give me a good estimate on it and did a great job. I really feel like they took care of me here. They are very professional people who know what they are doing. In no time I had my car back and now everytime I need work done to my car, they are the first place that I go to because they have such great service, as well as great customer service. Not at all too expensive, considering the extensive work that I had done to my car. PROS: great location, customer service CONS: not too many around more
