I have been to every office affiliated with NHMC. I have never felt disrespected or mistreated. There are so many people that over exaggerate their stories that it is simply amuzing. If anyone was rude, 99% is the patient, the prospective patient, or the patient family. As with any office of this size, all calls are recorded< more than likely> so if your complaint was true, I'm sure that their employees not take that kind of chance. So maybe research your mamory and you will find you misunderstood. None of the offices close that early. more

After months of improper treatment and misinformation of thrush, my ob finally offered me help and more than enough helpful information on my condition. This aside, my son was scheduled for a checkup, after 30 minutes of travel, another 30 in waiting, we were called to the desk only to be told we would have to reschedule and come back because the doctor no longer worked there. Three months later, at the following chekup appointment ( which was scheduled at the end of the previous appt.) once again the drive the wait and the call the the front. This time they cannot complete his exam because the moron who scheduled his appointment didn't happen to notice that he couldn't receive his shots because it was ONE day before his first birthday! I know, I know....why would you give 3 strikes? Well, at the time my insurance wasn't the best...however, after the last incident I saved up got a great insurance plan and found a much better pediatric facility for my son. I hope my story saves someone else from this office, and the idiots behind the scenes. Pros: can't think of any Cons: too many to list more

This clinic is a shameful excuse for a medical clinic. I was in the market to change doctors. I called around looking for a new drs office to check out. Called this location and the receptionist told me that she didn't have time to answer my very basic questions. more
