Please don't waste your time and money here. Took my pet to this hospital for a surgery and it had become worse. Every time I come here I feel like I am giving them a donation with no cure for my pet. My cat has gotten worse, depress, and doesn't use her litter box anymore. Some type of rash or infection came up after the surgery on the same spot. I took her back and I was told by the doctor that the infection couldn't have come from the surgery. Supposedly that it was an allergic reaction from something else. But how could that be? from something else? On the same spot? According to Dr.Jolly, the reaction could of happen on the same spot with no surgery. really? He is rude and a liar! more

Only after your money! 9/16/2011

Often rude and demeaning and very expensive. They do a rabies yearly when most vets only require it every three years. When my dog got bit by a skunk we had a rabies booster just to cover bases. Before going to vet I checked our dog's cut and it seemed fine. While at the vet I asked him to check his cut for me and he charged me $35 and after complaining and several phone calls they insisted it was a discounted rate. We switched to Yalesville Animal Hospital. more

Best vet ever 6/11/2011

Dr. Shanley, best vet ever! I brought my dog to Dr. Shanley after going to another vet who was unable to diagnos problem. She was able to identify the problem and had him back to his old self in a week. She was professional but very friendly in office call and showed great compassion for my dog. She kinda cute to. more

I am so thankful to the North Haven Animal Hospital. They go the extra mile for an animal in need. I love the outcome and continued care for Princess's recovery. Your team is amazing, you do not hear stories like this often, it is usually about money and that was not your concern. Your care and concern for animals came first, it is obvious that you work from the heart. As far as I am concerned you get a 10 star rating. more

My cat Kayto 10/28/2007

My cat kayto came to you a month ago by being attacked by my dog Max,and the he died.we asked the vets to burn him. i was so sad we my mom told me i miss so much. But she won't allow a cat in the house aging because she said no cat will compare to him. so then she lost intrest in my other cat(who we think misses him)help me try to convine her. more

Great emergency Care 11/18/2005

We found a stray kitten we wanted to help. You could see she was very sick and we rushed her there. They were very ncie to us and were happy to care for her, even though she was a stray. We had no papers on her, she wound up having to be put down which was very sad to us but they were so understanding and caring! more
