Staff rude & Dr.s don't like to see you 7/6/2009

I've been to this office about 5-6 times and each time, the staff has been rude, the assistance joke about how the the Dr's "just love" to give yearly exams & the receptionists have not once smiled back at me. I never feel welcome. After today where MaryAnn (a NP) being totally unwilling to help when I asked her about weight loss and telling me to go see another Dr when I asked about weight loss supplements, I will never go back. So much for Dr's listening to patients w/ an open mind. more

Irresponsible Staff 11/5/2008

Good: Ease of setting up appointments online and checking your lab results online, because no one will be calling you later with the results.. Bad: The staff is rude. If your medical insurance requires you to use a mail order pharmacy, don't use this practice because they will not call or fax in your prescription. They would rather blame the you.. Improvements: They need to work on their customer service.. more
