Sold me a lemon STAY AWAY. They are all rude people. 11/15/2011

They fooled me into buying a lemon. My wife and 20 month old son got stuck on the side of 128 with a dead car and they will not help me. They continue to ignore my calls and will not assist in anyway. STAY AWAY!! From the minute I walked onto the lot the staff was helpful, friendly, and not pushy at all. I ended up working with Steve Page who is truly an awesome guy. He was friendly and actually cared about me, my family and what we were looking for. He in no way tried to push me into one certain vehicle and worked with me until I drove off the lot happy as can be. I would recommend North End Motors to anyone who is looking for a no pressure car dealership with wonderful and enthusiastic car salesmen. Steve Page even sent me an email on my birthday saying happy birthday which I was not expecting at all. Thanks for everything Steve! more

If your looking for a car, shop here!! Also, ask for Gordon as your sales man he will make you feel comfortable, and will allow you to take your time to make a big decision. They have a big inventory and Gordon knows the cars in it, so he can find what you are looking for!! I love my 08 Dodge Caliber! more

Great Customer Service 8/13/2011

I just got bought a Jeep Patriot at North End Motors and could not have had a better experience. They were the first dealership I visited, so I wanted to test drive a few other cars before I made a purchase. After visiting a few other dealerships, it became clear to me that the guys at North End Motors easily offer the best customer service experience in the area. Both Gordon and Mike, my sales guys, took excellent care of me and made the process of buying my first car easy and enjoyable. I recommend starting and ending your search for a car at North End Motors. You will not be disappointed. more

First Class North End! 6/3/2011

Everyone at North End made me feel so comfortable with very own first purchase. As a full time student, cost and style was most important. Luckily, Dan A narrowed down the vast options of cars on the lot to a few cars that were perfect for me, and have a great history of being useful and reliable cars. After a few days of debating which great car I should leave with, I made the best and most important decision yet! If I ever have any questions or concerns, I have several people I can call at North End who will make me their first priority. North End is a first class business! more

My favorite Salesman 6/1/2011

Who do you know that can listen to you ramble about random stuff and still figure out what kind of car you need and like? Can't think of anybody? Go talk to gordon at North End Motors and he will listen thoughtfully and make sure that you don't leave dissappointed. more

New Englands Best Used Car Dealer! 6/1/2011

the more i think back on my experience at north end motors, the more I like them. I mean, how many times have you been to a dealer that only wants your money? These guys are about more than just selling you a car. I felt like family when I was there. You can relax while buying a car there. I'm definitely gonna go see them later when I decide to trade in my new car. more

Ask for Gordon M! 5/30/2011

Lots of cars to look at and test drive. Wasn't really looking forward to buying a used car, but had to after a recent car accident. Gordon was patience and helpful, really listened to what was important to me in the car I was looking for. We test drove a few cars but I wasn't really happy with the cars themselves, they just weren't the right ones for me. Eventually found the right car for me - like in the Goldilocks and the 3 Bears story, it was just right! Highly recommended. more

I was looking for SUV few months ; Found the perfect color , mileage , and most important price. Decided to check out. When I got there (nice place) , Leandro Amorim greeted me,he was very friendly ,helpful. I did not feel rushed or pressured. Best car buying experience i ever had 2/24/2011

I did my research before choosing this dealer and i'm glad i did. I give them A++.. I dealt with PJ the salesman and Jeff the manager. I was looking for a Lexus G300 AWD. They didn't have it but I left a deposit and they found it for me. This is the car of my dreams so needless to say I love these guys! The price was great, The car was perfect. Do yourself a favor and purchase your next here. more

Been coming here for years... 2/23/2011

Since I've been driving, I've gotten all of my cars from North End. The first few from their original location, and the latest one from Canton. I most recently purchased a 2006 A6 and it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. We have three cars in the family and we bring them all here for service...the service advisors are super polite and really take care of you. Whether you are in the market for another car, or perhaps new tires on your car...I highly recommend them!!! :-) more

have an older aged vehicle. when i brought it to service center at North End motors the service person that wrote up my slip , listened to what i said and they actually fixed my issue and informed me of a few other\r things that in the future i should take care of.\r they could have pushed for the work then but they were\r honest,informative and really cared about me and my car. it's a good feeling to go into that service center.\r they were all happy and polite. it seems to be a great place to work. more

canton areas best service 2/23/2011

had my car at the audi dealer for a week and they couldn't solve a problem i had with my car. A friend recommended North End Motors, so I gave them a try. Guys in service very helpful and after 3 hours they had the car running better than it has in years. You guys are awesome. Also great selection of used cars, not in the market but walked the lot for a while and clean, low mileage cars. Keep up the good work and I will send all my friends and family members there. more

I went there to get an Oil change for 15.95 which I thought was too good to be true, but when I got there not only the price was good also the service was great too. Rob was very pleasant and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone and I would be going back. They washed my car too.. more

A very pleasant automobile purchasing experience 10/3/2010

My car recently died after 14 years and so I went online looking for another. Not only did I locate one I liked at North End Motors but Pedro Silva, a very capable car salesman, located several cars in my price range. Unlike other very pushy and obnoxious auto dealers, I found the entire purchasing experience enjoyable and very relaxing. I received a good deal and an excellent car. The dealership was clean, comfortable and very competently run where the purchase of an automobile is not something to be dreaded but a part of one's life that can be enjoyed and they can leave feeling likea price was made I'm sure to remember North End Motors in the future. Thanks to all you guys at North End Motors for service that is unlike most car dealerships more

Service with a smile!!! 5/17/2010

I've been a big fan of North End Motors since my first visit. The employees are always pleasant and they greet you with a smile. They even offer you a ride back to work if you need one while they work on your car. I have my car serviced there often for routine maintenance and there's never been a problem.
