This office was my last resort. I have had neck and back pain and had been everywhere!! I was going to give up and then a friend told me to see a chiropractor. I found North Dallas Chiropractic and it has been a blessing!! I didn't know what a chiropractor was previous to coming here. I feel so much better and i had previously tried pain management and it didn't work. This time i tried again since there is a pain management doctor in their office also and it complimented the chiropractic treatment very well. I don't have the words to explain how grateful I am to this office and they were understanding and friendly. Thank You!!!! more

These guys are great!!! I had low back pain that was so bad I couldn't play golf anymore. Golf is my passion!! Now I am playing golf every week and pain free!! Their treatment was great and the docs were knowledgeable. They also had a pain management doc in their office. It was a team effort to get me better. They really care about the well being of their patients!! more

just a quick note to say thank to to the doctors and staff for taking great care of our family. The adjustments and therapies are awesome. Even our kids love coming (and that's saying a lot considering its not a Pizza place). We would recommend this office to anyone with pain or anyone just wanting to feel great and live better. My wife and I came to north Dallas 6/9/2012

My wife and I came to north Dallas chiropractic when we were in a car accident. It wasn't our fault. The doctors treated us for our injuries and made us feel great. They also referred us to a great Attorney to handle our case. The doctors and staff are the best. more

I think this office is Awesome!! 2/9/2012

I thought this office was great!! I was involved in an auto accident and they did everything for me. I didn't have to mess with the bills or records at all, they handled absolutely everything. When I asked them to find me an attorney, they found me the perfect one that worked for my situation. I think if you're like me and want a hassle free experience, then you should go here. more

Very Smart Dr. with Great Staff 6/4/2011

I was already seeing Dr. Ewing for back spasms when I was putting in my contacts one morning and SNAP. Out of nowhere I had this horrible pain in my upper back, near my spine. I was MISERABLE. more

Great Chiropractors! 6/2/2011

I have had chronic back pain for years and years and have finally found a place able to help me with it! After trying many different options that produced no or minimal results, I went to North Dallas Chiropractic and they had me ""straightened out"" very quickly! My chronic back pain was gone for good after 5-7 visits, but I could tell a difference after the first visit. My back felt great until about a year later when I fell off a roof and landed on my back. Two maybe three visits after that and I was feeling great again and continue too today! Both times I went, I would brag about them on my facebook status and friends would inquire about where I was going to get this treatment. Through those inquiries I have sent 3-4 people to ND Chiropractic and all of them have been very satisfied! I hope I don't fall off any roofs anytime soon but, if i do I know the first place I will go is to see Dr. Ewing! more

Won""t Be Disappointed 6/1/2011

I have been to several chiropractors over the years and I can honestly say that North Dallas Chiropractic has it right. Take it from a chiropractic regular, they are one of the best offices in town. Trust me, the office is very nice, from the equipment to the decor. Don't believe me, go check a couple out, you won't be disappointed in the service or the treatment. People need to be honest with their ratings. Obviously, some have not been in other offices, or they don't understand how treatment works. I've started treatment at North Dallas Chiropractic for a new injury and have been completely satisfied. The doctors are very thorough and knowledgeable. The staff is very helpful and considerate of my time to insure I get taken care of and back to work in the time I need. Take it from a satisfied patient, you won't be disappointed in this office! I'm very thankful that I found them and you will be too! more

I have been to several Chiropractors and by far this is the best place for chiropractic treatment. The staff is very friendly which I love and the doctors are very knowledgeable and thorough!! Shady Place! 5/26/2011

I cannot recommend this place either. I went in a couple months ago and paid 50 bucks to do xray and consult and at the end they did some heat therapy which meant they hooked me up to a machine and walked out until I was done 10 or 15 minutes later. more

While I don't necessarily dislike the office, it just makes me feel like the office isn't honest. If they're not honest with their reviews are they not honest with their diagnosis? more

Saved my running! 7/26/2010

I started training for my first marathon in January. I had to quit running for a few weeks because I started to get severe pain in my knees. A friend recommended me to see Dr. Ewing at North Dallas Chiropractic. After my x-rays were completed, Dr. Ewing informed me that I was born with a spinal curvature that is forcing my right hip slightly higher than my left. Ever since then, I have been going to Dr. Ewing for alignments and I have been able to continue running! I am now on a track team and I owe it all to North Dallas Chiropractic!! Pros: Great atmosphere, friendly people! more

Impeccable care at a sophisticated facility 4/17/2008

I grew up under chiropractic care, but when I moved to Dallas I didn't persue treatment until I had an emergency. Dr. Ewing saw me within hours and began treatment. The treatment has alleviated my backpain and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The doctors and staff are extremely competant and friendly and the facility is incredibly sophisticated. more

Fantastic chiropractor 4/16/2008

I had suffered from chronic headaches for 10+ years. Traditional medicine provided no relief. I have gone from daily headaches to 2-3 a month. Dr. Ewing is genuinely caring and friendly and always on time. The visits are quick and painless. He doesn't do the traditional chiropractor shtick that you have to come three times a week for the rest of your life. He gets you down to minimal visits really quickly. An added plus is the therapy you have after adjustments. They make you feel wonderful. He's the best chiropractor I've been to ever! Pros: Dr. Ewing is great in every respect. Jen is a hoot and very efficient. more

Best Chiropractic Care in Town! 4/15/2008

I was referred to Dr. Ewing by my good friend Wendee. I have chronic back pain and was sick of it and watched how Dr. Ewing had helped Wendee with her own pain issues. I came in and got my xrays. I then found out the cause of my pain.. ..I had bone spurs in my neck, back, and was getting an old woman's posture at 28! We set up a treatment plan(which was very reasonable considering I have no health insurance) and have watched my pain slowly decrease and my posture increasing in less than three months! Dr. Ewing is very honest and sincere about patient care as well as customer service. If you have never tried Chiropractic care to enhance your life and maintain/decrease your pain. ... you are missing out! If you are willing to put in the time and effort. . . .Dr. Ewing will change your perspective on pain in your life! more

I love going! 4/7/2008

The first time I went to see Dr Ewing I was a tad bit nervous, I soon found out I had no reason to be. Dr Ewing showed me my x-rays, pointed out my trouble areas and explained how we were going to fix it. I go about once a month now for general ?maintenance? and I love it. The therapies after the adjustment feel so great and are so relaxing I?ve almost fallen asleep during them many times! Dr Ewing has helped me so much that whenever a friend complains about their back I always give them his card; my best friend and my boss go! more
