On a scale from 1 threw 10, I give NCF a 10. Since joining in late May I have lost 50 pounds, if not for NCF I do not think it would have been possible. Pros: Great equipment and the choice they offer. Cons: Dirty bathrooms and they do not replace hygeine products regular. more

The best health club in Hammond!!! 12/10/2006

Our home for fitness! Warm, clean, professional, great staff, and tons of great classes for me and my wife. They are always friendly and have a smile when you walk in the door. To us there is no other choice in health clubs in Hammond and we are excited in the growth this club is planning. Take the time to look around and you will see the difference. WE DID! Pros: Always growing, clean, professional, and up to date Cons: Lots of members, but the new 30,000 sq ft facility will fix that problem. more
