My sales associate, Oscar, was awesome. He was patient with me and my indecisiveness. He took the time to really help me understand the different bikes and what might best fit me. And finance person Sabrina was wonderful and explained everything and gave all options. Just and overall great experience. more

highly recommended 9/20/2010

I was in the market for a 2007 Honda Goldwing and had gone to a local dealership in the Temecula/Murrieta area. I was unpleased to say the least with their salesmen and customer service. Then I located North County House of Motorcycles and spoke with Mike Laub. He assured me of the deal I was after, located the bike and had it there within a few hours. I was in and out in what seemed like no time at all, with my Wing and a completely satisfied feeling received from not only Mike, but from everyone else, including the desk Manager, fianance and Mario is parts who made the special ordering of my custom helmets a breeze! I look forward to the 55 mile one way drive there to have their service department service my Wing, and will return for any and all accessories I need. This place is highly recomended by me to all to experience for themselves! more

I have purchased all 3 of my bikes from NCHM, and I have never had a problem with the financing or sales representatives. I also bring all of my bikes in for service to these guys, and they actually give me an excellent deal on the cost. They even gave my buddy, Eddie, a good discount on the initial service for his R1, just for mentioning that I recommended this place to him personally and that I am a loyal customer. They looked up my info, and BAM!!!, $60 off...sick huh?" more

impressive service 9/10/2010

The guy who answered the phone had the hard to find product I was looking for. They were kind enough to set it aside and when I got there the service was impressive. I was greeted at the door and assisted almost immediately. They have a somewhat larger facility and much more stock than their San Diego counterpart which is a huge plus+ If you're in North County and you're looking for the right gear or bike, this is the place. more

A wonderful Experience 9/2/2010

I purchased a couple dirt bikes for Christmas and had a wonderful experience. They held the bikes till Christmas Eve and delivered them to my home which was a great experience for my kids. I will definitely return for all my wonderful toys :) more
