North County Vending was courting my company for quite a long time trying to get us to switch to their company for our vending needs. The sales person was in quite a bit and after we had a couple complaints about the candy in our current machine being expired, I decided it was a good time to switch. The sales person assured me it would never happen and acted like it was unheard of... of course, just to get us to switch to them. \r
After having them for a year in a 2 year contract, they call me one day and want to pull our machines because we weren't making them enough money. I told them to review our contract as it is for 2 years and they need to adhere to it. Then we started getting soda that was expired. It wouldn't even have a fizz when you open it. \r
I called the sales person who so persistantly sold me a year ago and she didn't even know who I was. Then her cell phone rang and she hung up on me to answer the other call. Then she told me she thought they had pulled our machines a long time ago. And then began to tell me that there are 6 more days left in September so anything that has a September date is not technically expired. And anything that expired in August should still be okay. If it doens't have fizz.... it's expired! \r
I am so disappointed with the customer service we are getting. In an economy that customer service is key, they should not treat their customers as if they mean nothing to them. I would not give them my business if I had known their true colors would show down the road. \r
Shame on you North County Vending!
