**NORTH COUNTY GMC - CARLSBAD ROCKS!!** I was referred to this dealership by a friend. She referred me to Andre. PURE DELIGHT! Andre was personable, down to earth, patient and worked to get me a great deal. I am pleased with my vehicle purchase. Took a couple days to get paperwork done and a few other things done but EVERY SINGLE TIME I went there, I was greeted and helped with a GENUINE interest to take care of my needs. Norm did the finance portion. He was awesome. Again, PURE DELIGHT. I had a couple things I needed looked @ by Service... Norm and Andre helped connect me with BEAR. Bear was AWESOME too!! WOW!. Andre said it best, """"sale doesnt end when you burn gas"""". I had the pleasure of making contact with others at the dealership and EVERY SINGLE ONE was AWESOME. Polite greeting/conversation, smile and genuine interest in making sure what I needed was being taken care or asking if I needed anything. I COULDNT BE MORE PLEASED. This TEAM is amazing. I went looking for a brand new car...I was by myself because I just wanted to check them out....they were awesome! Very laid back...I told them I just wanted to see what my options were and would need to speak with my husband before buying anything. I drove about 12 cars...I would tell them 'no...I don't need to drive it' but they insisted....they were very sincere...and told me pros and cons.....even told me pros about the least expensive car I was looking at and cons about the most expensive one.....they totally had me sold on my first visit there...but not on a particular car...on their service! more

They offered me TWICE THE interest rate I got from Carlsbad, no effort to even LOOK at my trade, no effort to even ask how much i wanted to put down. I was rushed and no effort made to work on a deal as they had a 2 NEW VEHICLE purchase waiting to be done.... STUPID JERKS. I had CASH in my pocket to throw down, plus my trade... hahahaha.... u missed out. Next time, maybe you shouldnt judge a book by its cover OR rush. Coulda made a sale. I wanna name names but NO ONE THERE GAVE ME A WARM N FUZZY FEELING. It was more of a ""what the hell do you want... I got 2 new cars to sell"". ohhhhhh... and the follow up call to see if we were still interested in buying something from there... lmao... I told the chick (politely) that we had gotten a better deal somewhere else. She didnt even care. It was , ""oh, ok"" and click!!! WTF!! Dont u wanna know why I didnt return. Dont u wanna know why I went somewhere else???? Where is the quality assurance?? (2 THUMBS DOWN) ESCONDIDO..... YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!! ...AND I will be telling everyone I know about yal too! =D CARLSBAD did everything they could do to help and made my experience a FABULOUS ONE. Go to CARLSBAD. Skip Escondido. Great deals, good service Went for a routine walk around Car Country Carlsbad, the salesman from this dealership grabbed me up and showed me a few vehicles. His name is George so please go see him, he's a great salesman and a good all around guy. He hooked me up with a great deal with a GTO with my trade in, and even though the car was on sale the manager still knocked off a good chunk of the sales price. Overall, I'm very pleased and very surprised that it was as fluid as it was. I am in the military as well, and they came up with a very affordable price and gave me all the discounts they could have, given my residency and whatnot. Great deal. I recommend them with no reservations. more

I was out of town and my wife had to bring in my truck for some routine service (oil change, rotate tires) and the staff was so helpful. They even took my wife and kid to the local mall to do some shopping while they did the service. Nice to know there's a dealership that will not take advantage of a poor little lady and her kid while the husband is away! Thanks to all of the people who helped my wife I WILL BE BACK!!! :) more

Took my truck in for routine service with an appointment(which was prepaid). Was told the truck would be ready by noon and that i would recieve a call at 10:30 advising me of the progress. Long of the short; no call, showed up at 1:30 and car was still in the overflow lot untouched. I told them to rush it and the work never was completed. I was advised to come back another time to have the work finished. more
