North Country Chevrolet GMC

I recently purchased a Chevrolet Sonic from Ranger GM. I can positively say that this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Not only were the employees positive and informative, but they also went out of their way to show me around my vehicle, set up my OnStar, pair my phone, and make sure that I knew the inner workings of the new car. They were extremely helpful, and willing to work with me to ensure that I received the best deal possible. As soon as I entered the dealership's doors, I was greeted enthusiastically and my vehicle needs were immediately listened to. I didn't feel pushed around, I didn't feel that my concerns weren't considered, but instead I felt completely comfortable and understood. I can gladly and proudly say I will cherish this experience and encourage all others to go to Ranger GM for all their vehicle needs. I am a forever customer and will definitely be coming back. more

Horrible service! Started looking at vehicle 2 hours past time it was scheduled. Certified Pre-Owned which means under warranty and they couldn't find info. Sitting there waiting and they had a cell number to call but took it upon themselves to do something not authorized and then had the nerve to charge for it. They called place we bought vehicle from and yelled at them...a mess...because the gal couldn't find the vehicle on the site for the warranty. She just didn't look well enough. You never do work on a vehicle without talking to the owner first, that is a huge No No!! And to top it all off, they didn't fix the problem. Will never set foot there again or recommend them to anyone. Nothing at all I can say was good about the experience! more
