If I could give them a negative rating I would. I completely agree with RealtyAdvisors, and unfortunately had terrible experiences with this company as well. Their guards do NOTHING when they won't even call the police when they need too. When you call them and tell them about a suspicious truck or person, they tell you they will send someone out, but they don't. Instead they make up a story or report. They are an organization of liars. It seems to me the only goal of this company to ensure you will regret hiring them. . more

I have to agree with the review written by TGMCINDY on 08/27/2009. We chugged service from another security patrol company because NCPgave us a good proposal with a reasonable to low monthly fee. Well remember ""You get what you pay for"". In this case we got nothing for our money with the exception of\r complaints and lose of tenants. This company should have their license canceled. Falsification of reports and Guards that do nothing, if they even show up. Their staff has a ""I don't give as damn attitude"" STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! more

I SIGNED UP WITH NCP ABOUT 10 MONTHS AGO AND THEY HAVE BEEN GRATE. I HAD ANOTHER IN TOWN PATROL BEFORE THEM, AND THEY WERE TERRIBLE THEY WOULD NEVER SHOW UP. NCP IS GRATE NOT ONLY DO THEY OFFER A 24 HOUR DISPATCHER BUT THERE ARE ALL SO NICE AND HELPFUL. IM SO HAPPY THAT I WENT WITH NCP. *sigh* I wish I had control of vendors and not the corporate office. We were just fine with the service we had before, but we got a proposal from NCP. The board liked their price and switched companies. And it's been a nightmare since. About a week into having NCP in charge of patrolling the property at night, residents would come in one after another wondering where security went. I told them we have a new company. Two weeks later, 7 vehicles got broken into with nothing on the report. Several residents came in and complained that the patrol was not showing up to the property. I called NCP and was talked to by a woman with a ""whaddya want?"" attitude. After I got off the phone with this rude woman, I later went back to check that day's report. Lo and behold, Now that same guard who was working that night did find the broken into vehicles, complete with the exact descriptions and plates that I gave her on the phone!!!!!!! I asked a friend of mine who works graveyard to be on the look out for NCP. The next morning he said that the white car drove into the complex to the back turn and then immediately left out the other exit. He said that the white car never used any lights to checked in vehicles in the parking lots, just drove through every time. Residents are still complaining. The board refuses to pay more for patrol, sending that proposal is a mistake I will never forgive myself for!!!!! Pros: None! Cons: Everything! more

I received a referral for this company from a friend of mine who uses their services. I contacted them, did my research on them and found out some great stuff. I signed them up 6 months ago and have had nothing but positives from my board about them (they are a very difficult board). We absolutely love their online reporting system. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have recently hired North Coast Patrol and I must say after having delt with 5 other security companies in the past year, North Coast Patrol has topped them all. They always respond to problems in a timely manner, their patrol drivers are very professional and polite and they have online reports that I can review from any location; which is very convenient. I cannot believe the exceptional service they provide at such a low cost. I have spent thousands of dollars with other security companies and never got anything. I've dealt with many security companies. All of them bad. I had high hopes for North Coast, because eveyrone says they are great. But they turn out to be just as bad as everyone else. They have more official looking patrol cars than the silly ones driven by other companies, but they are also well out of date and are just old crown victorias and a chevy caprice that were painted white and slapped some graphics and an antenna on. Now here's same problem that every company I have dealt with has had: They don't actually do their job. Out of the 100s of times that I should have gotten a full patrol, I've only gotten two or three. The rest are just heading in, then turning around and leaving. That's it. And that's IF they show up at all. I still have problems with trespassers using our pool and loitering in the parking areas. I don't like how they do their reports where you have to print them yourself from their website. It's more of a pain than to just pick it out of your drop slot or fax machine if you archive reports like me.
