This has to be worst run company I've ever come in contact with. They told me one thing and did another with almost every aspect of their ""duties"". The checks to me were always late, they never followed up, calls were rarely returned and when they were it was only after several attempts on my end. I was given incorrect information often when I was able to get my rep on the phone. The only positive I can say is that they found a tenant but even then, the tenant had such a bad experience with them also that he didn't want anything to do with them again and moved out.
Pros: Found the client
Cons: Almost everything - lost the client, horrible follow-up, lies, unprofessional, no return calls and much more
