North Bay Truck Center fixed my fuel pump. They took me in and I was in the middle of a run and got me going as quickly as they could. They really saved my job! more

I had a broken leaf spring on my travel trailer. After making several calls to business that were unable to help, I found North Bay Truck Center. They were not only able and willing to help, but had a guy stay late until I was able to get there. They really went above and beyond to fix the problem and get me on my way as quickly as possible. I was so fortunate to have called North Bay Truck Center. more

Speedy service 5/29/2013

We travel seven days a week down to San Jose and Bay Area from Reno, Nevada. When we have problems with our refrigerator unit they work on it and get us back on the road as quickly as possible. We have used them whenever we have problems the past two years and they really expedite the service for you which is great. more

Excellent work and professionalism 5/14/2013

I came in with leaf springs needing to be replaced on my 5th wheel trailer, only 3 days after I bought it. All the staff I came in contact with were professional and courteous, and the job was done in a well-ordered way. I really appreciate the way I was treated, because they went above and beyond in all aspects of the job. more

I have used North Bay Truck Center several times and they do a good job. At Pacific Transportation we don't have a mechanic, so we use them. They don't take advantage, we can trust them and they do good work. more

My truck had broken down so I had it towed there. I only dealt with one guy, but he was nice and cordial and explained everything. They did an estimate for me then did the repair. more

Professionalism at its Best 2/22/2013

I want to thank Jim and his staff for an outstanding job on performing repairs on my Class A motorhome. Jim walked me through every step of the way on what repairs were needed and explaining it thoroughly. Crucial repairs were found and performed on the coach that needed to be repaired, which was vital to the safety and performance of the motorhome. They really went out of their way to repair the smallest little detail which turned out to be something really important. (Marker lights, etc.) Well worth it. 100 difference. It's like driving a new motorhome. I'm glad I came here, cause I know I can always come back and depend on these guys. Thank You! more

Very impressed! 2/5/2013

In this day and age of everyone for themselfs, I found Jim and his staff to have earned each of the 5 stars i gave them. A broken down truck full of freight isnt something you want to hear as a Manager. Called up Jim and his crew and in less then an hour they were there with a new tire and had us up and running after. Cant thank them enough for making what could have been a very bad freight day into one i could deal with. Very helpful, professional and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend Jim and his crew and will be spreading the news on what a great experience i had. more

I can call North Bay Truck Center if I have an issue with my truck and they will take care of it promptly. They do outstanding work. I have never had any issue or problem with them. Jim Biel has treated me very well. more

My experiences with North Bay Truck Center have always been good. They always take care of me. My truck was broken down a few times in just a couple months, and they went above and beyond to make sure they got my truck back on the road. I recommend these guys. more

North Bay Truck Center has worked on a few of our trucks and done a decent job for us. It's minor stuff, mostly. They fixed some electrical problems and some structural problems on the trucks and trailers. more

They're professional and get things done quickly 7/25/2012

North Bay Truck Center has done multiple things for me. They do the oil changes and the service on my truck every three months. They've replaced my air conditioner. They're good and they get things done quickly. I like that they can do work, not only on diesel trucks but the air compressors. more

Whenever we have an issue, I give them a call! 6/26/2012

I'm the leader driver and usually, whenever we have an issue, I give North Bay Truck Center a call to repair both my shuttle trucks and all my local trucks. Usually, they're in an emergency or they're very busy, but they stop what they're doing to come work on my trucks. Whenever another trucking company breaks, I recommend them to North Bay Truck Center, who gets them handled really quickly! more

Usually do good work 6/1/2012

The last time I went to North Bay Truck Center they did an oil change and when I got my truck back all the lights were on. The engine shut down and I had to take it back down and they said it was because the converter needed to be cleaned, they sent it to Bakersfield to be cleaned and I got it back and it works the same. Usually the do good work, but sometimes I run into things that are hard for them to solve. I have been using them about 2.5 years. more

Northbay Truck Center was a life saver to me, they were there when I needed them most. Very nice people to work with. they were quick and professional and the charge was reasonable. I would use this company for any auto repair that I need in the future. more
