No leaks. 7/17/2013

Called on Thursday, got an appointment for a possible condensation leak on Friday. North Area Repair Service were busy in the morning and I called at the appointment promised cut-off time. North Area Repair Service said North Area Repair Service were running late. I needed the job done, so I said "ok". North Area Repair Service came on time for the up-dated time. Friendly, got right down to business, checked both my a/c / heat units. Tested levels, etc. Checked all the lines, and verified everything working ok. No leaks. more

The technicians we`ve had from Ross Plumbing, Heating, & Air have been great! They`re always willing to take time to answer questions about how things work and are always friendly. We`ve only had routine maintenance calls but wouldn`t hesitate to call them in the even of future problems. more

Great Service 3/12/2013

Prompt, Professional, Thorough. I called for an appointment and was able to get someone out the next day even though we are at the beginning of the busy season. The technician quickly identified the problem, had the part, and fixed my A/C. He was also able to help complete the warranty paperwork. Great Service! more

Our A/C quit working the night before. My wife called the next morning and the technician was at our house a noon that same day. He was couteous, fast, and thorough in identifying the problem and explaining the relatively inexpensive solution to both me and my wife. He fixed it! We really appreciate individuals and companies like this. more
