Great food and usually good service. Always very reasonable prices. Best place anywhere for low-cost steaks. Chicken is also good. Always super specials and a lot of variety. Our favorite restaurant. Want good service...don't go here. Want good food...don't go here. This Norms has really deteriorated. Went there on 5-24-06 with my Mom with coupon in hand, to have their serloin steak & shrimp dinner. After we sat ourselves and waited over 10 minutes without seeing a waiter/waitress I went looking for one. All I got was sass from one when I told her we'd been waiting so long, 'Well,' she said, 'If your seated where we can't see you what do you expect?' Should've just walked out. But we were already there and hungry. Finally a waiter came over and took our order. Actually the steaks were okay, but my mom's baked potato was WAY overcooked and had some what looked like dark spots in it. The shrimp? Forget it.
