i've only got approx: 6 years on iron but prior to me becoming a motorcycle rider and member of the brothers of the hammer mc. , i met norm who i call (uncle norm) when a friend of mine went out to his shop for some parts. i then saw that no job was too small for them and that all of them are down to earth....i've built three old school kaws and successfully done so with the help of uncle norm, jen, nick ,luke, roy and the old dude that would chase parts ... i refer everyone to norms cycle center douglass holloway pittsburgh, pa Pros: always willing to give advice and their experience Cons: none that i've encountered more

I have been going to Norm's Cycle for years. They always seem to have the parts I am looking for. If not Norm has a Hot Line that goes to other Salvage Yards saving me time and money from having to call all over the US. Pros: Great Service and People Cons: A Little Hard to Find more

I took my bike in for a repair that should have taken at the most 3 weeks (considering that parts may have needed to be ordered). Cons: Slow Service, Dirty, Insulting more
