I went to four shops in the area to get my car fixed then i went to Norman's. I pulled up to the shop and I was greated by a big guy named Danny he was a gental giant and made me feel like he really cared. He looked at my car and asked what happend and if I was ok he explaned to me about the repair's and what had to be done and about how much it would cost. After that we went upstairs and he and a fellow worker Brenda helped me make the claim. From start to finish it was great my car came out like new and i'm one happy customer. The owner should be very proud of the worker's that helped me I can't thank them enough. Also Danny called me about a week after just to ask me how the car was and if everything was ok. To me that is a person who care's. Norman's great people great place. :-)
