I much appreciate the FOUR free Oil change and 27 point inspections courtesy of GMC and the most curteous service by Faladeboe. I appreciate that there was NO pressure on me to look at new cars or visits by a salesman while I sat in the waiting room. more

Shauna Way has been our service manager on most of our visits. On th most recent visit she was particularly helpful with a failed battery that caused us to bring the car in right before going out of town. She expedited our service and everything was done quickly and correctly. more

Rennie was quick to tell me the diagnosis of my car's problem. He was very friendly and kept me updated on the wait. The car was completed and out the door in about half the time initally stated. It works great and it was all completely covered under my warranty. Thanks for what could of been a painful experience much more positive. more

I was very pleased with the service 6/23/2011

I was very pleased with the service that Rennie provided. There was some confusion surrounding the installation of a hitch on my Enclave and Rennie quickly straighten out the situation. In the end, his ""go the extra mile"" service earned my trust and I'll be sure to call on him for future service needs. I also want to express my gratitude to Humberto (Hummer), the technician who helped install my hitch mounted cargo carrier. Despite the vagueness of the product instructions, Hummer got the hitch installed and did so with a cheerful attitude (I would have been totally frustrated!). Thanks, guys. more
