homestyle Japanese 3/28/2006

Norikonoko offers outstanding homestyle Japanese cooking in a wonderful, cozy atmosphere. This is a "mom and pop" joint serving wonderful grilled dishes and other specialties. I particularly love the sato shoyu. If you're looking for sushi or the standard Japanese fare you find in the States, you may find yourself disappointed. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Berkeley. more
