i just got my braces today. all the staff was nice and explained everything very well. The worst thing was the gooey mold but that wasn't that bad, taste like shaving cream probably would.She let me listen to my ipod and was very gentle. the only part that hurts is afterwards when you accidentaly slam your teeth together. I thought it was great. very clean office also
