Classy, posh and furry 11/9/2006

Nordstorm is a very posh place, they carry collections for women, men and children. Usually I used to shop there for their casual collection which are really great but then everytime I am in their shop I never forget to check their shoe collection which is really great. I like their coffee shop 4/15/2006

I don't really shop at nordstorm often, but I really love to stop by at their coffee shop to drink coffee or enjoy the snack. My favorite is the caramel ice coffee, it is made similar like frapuccino from starbuck only sooo much better. If you like frapucino, then you should try this drink, most likely you will pass starbuck if you are near any nordstorm coffee shop. more

The Best in Customer Service 12/25/2005

Nordstrom is the best Customer Service retail store in the country. Although the store is generally expensive, it makes up for price with quality and customer service. The sales associates are super friendly and will go out of their way to find you what you're looking for. If they don't have any items in stock, they will even offer to find them and ship them to your door. Returns are never a problem at Nordstrom, even when you lose your receipt. They will look up your purchases for you just from your credit card. Plus there is no time limit for returns! This store rocks! more
