Nordic Security recently towed one of my vehicles after leading the driver to believe he had received the proper parking authorization from Nordic personnel. When I spoke to the people at Nordic about the incident, I could not make out much of what they told me. They speak in some kind of security company jargon. I am not surprised my driver was misled.
