We had used Norblom Plumbing at a previous house we lived in and they did a great job, which was why we decided to use them again. They were on time, professional, did great work and cleaned up well afterward. You did not even know they were there. They did all of the things you would expect but do not always get. This last job they did for us was a big project. It involved running a gas line from a new main into the garage and into the house, as well as removing an electric and a propane water heater. They installed a new, natural gas water heater for us and did all of the piping for the furnace, dryer connections and appliances...everything involved in converting the house to Metro Gas. Norblom Plumbing did everything the way I would have done it myself. They showed up on time, when they said they would, and had everything they needed. They were very conscientious of the house, putting down drop clothes before doing any work. I was very impressed. I have been using Norblom Plumbing for about ten years now. My experience with them has been great. They always do exactly what they are supposed to do. They are clean, efficient, polite, and cordial. They always show up when they are supposed to. My experience with Norblom Plumbing has been everything I would expect from a service standpoint.
