We put a down payment on a Doughboy pool last year, after going through all the neccessary stuff like permits and plot of survey ect. We called to discuss the balance of the pool....

I really love this store, they have great customer service and can assist you when you have a question. They have items that are made in America and will last for years, i have a patio furniture set that has lasted for over 30 years. They also offer free water testing and can fix most pool pumps and filters. I also go shopping there for my Christmas decorations and tree. I also understand that they have a great layaway program for above ground pools, please don't lose your receipt LOL!!!!!!!!!! This is a family owned business that has been owned by the same family for over 60 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

DO NOT GO HERE !!! 3/30/2012

We put a down payment on a Doughboy pool last year, after going through all the neccessary stuff like permits and plot of survey ect. We called to discuss the balance of the pool... We were told that the price had doubled from last year and that WE were wrong as to the agreement that was made last year... Needless to say, we just wanted our deposit back and were told NO... Only ""In Store Credit Would be Given"" after we were told that they would refund us the deposit if we changed mind last year also... SNOTTY SALES GUY even said "" You could us it torward an umbrella or something"" with a smile... After we had this disappointing experience, we called a family member who also had done bussiness with them, and were told that she too was having problems with her pool and ""We Called them a month ago and havn't heard anything back..."" I normally wouldn't bother to write these sort of reviews, but don't want to see anyone else get screwed... : ( more
