This is literally the worst restaurant I have ever been to. My girlfriend, grandmother, and I went for dinner there on July 13, 2008. I note the date, because I get the definite impression that what once must have been a decent place to eat (based on some of the recommendations we were given) has gone irrevocably down hill. When we walked in to the restaurant (which is relatively small, with mismatching furniture, and a bare, hollow ambiance), we were left standing around for at least five minutes, as one of the waitresses (there were two, for a restaurant with no more than five, small, seated tables -- about half empty) ran around in various directions, sort of flailing her arms. I have no idea what she was doing, as she didn't seem to be serving food or taking orders. At one point, she tripped over one of the tables, and made a huge crash while taking down some water glasses with her. In any case, no one greeted us or seated us for several minutes, so we just sort of stood there, feeling uncomfortable about ourselves. Eventually we were seated, but the service was still incredibly slow and sort of weird -- despite the pretension of fine dining (mostly with high prices). Our waitress (not the woman who ran around flailing her arms and falling down all the time) refused to make any recommendations, because she said this was her first night. The food was served by our waitress, and a woman in a filthy apron, apparently from the kitchen. My dish was absolutely terrible -- I ordered the scallops. In total there were about four medium sized scallops, and a plate full of this awful, tasteless noodle stuff, like you'd buy by the pound at the 99 cent store. There was also some tomato paste involved. I only ate a small amount of my food, as the scallops tasted obviously ""wrong."" In order to comply with the length requirement, suffice it to say that my girlfriend and I became very ill that evening. This place was the worst!
