The manager blamed grubhub for an mistake in the order (a thin crust being made "extra thin") after blaming me, unsuccessfully. When I requested a new pizza (a minor discount on a future order wouldn't fill my belly at the time), I was told that I could only get a new pizza if I ordered (and payed) for another one even after I stated that I hadn't eaten (and didn't want to) the pizza and just wanted what I had ordered in the first place. I contacted grubhub (who incidentally rock since they ended up giving me credit for the messed up food!) who tried to also talk to the manager who still refused to admit the mistake.
Food is decent to good, if you like lotsa crust and little cheese and sauce (new york style-ish, which I enjoy), but the customer service seems to be lacking. I understand being cautious of a customer complaining about something as trivial as the thickness of the crust but punishing them for a mistake that wasn't theirs to begin with is not the right answer.
