Nolte's Bridal Collections

Nolte's Bridal went above and beyond for me. After months of searching for the perfect gown in my own city, I found THE dress online but no one in my city carried the designer. I found several bridal stores in Kansas City that carried the beautiful line. The first place I called couldn't give me much information and after taking my name and number, never got back to me on whether they could get a sample of the dress for me to try on. When I emailed Nolte's, Michael responded to me within a couple hours that it was no problem. I called the shop and spoke with Emma Lea and got scheduled for a fitting a couple weeks later. There was a near kerfuffle with getting the sample in time, but Nolte's did everything they could to make sure it made it in for my out of town appointment.\r \r The whole family at Nolte's was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They let me take my time making the decision. Finally, everyone at Nolte's was completely open and accepting of my family and fiance, who also happens to be a lady. After experiencing quite a bit of rejection and/or lack of enthusiasm for what I was looking for in a dress, Nolte's came through in a big way. I can't wait to get my gown in. more

When I went to Noltes they where so helpful in what I was wanting for a dress i shared with them my location and they had knowledge that most of the stores don't have. They shared with me things that I would want to look at for a dress and then I shared with them what I was wanting. They took there time with me it felt very personal and just that extra special touch that I was looking for on my special time shopping. more

I went into Nolte's Bridal yesterday and it was my last appointment of the day. We were running ahead of schedule so when my sister called to see if we could come in 30 minutes early, Michael answered and said absolutely. When I got there I began working with Brooke and she had another appointment come up so Michael stepped in to assist me. He listened so closely to the four things I had to have in my dream dress and immediately put me in the dress I ended up buying. His main goal was to make my four items of my dream into a reality and make sure that I look amazing in the dress. I could not be happier with my experience yesterday and I am so ready to put my dress back on! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for that unique dress that other brides will not have. more

Great experience!! Today was my first day dress shopping and I found my dream dress. Mr. Nolte was full of wedding knowledge. He was quick and willing to give out his expert advice. The staff there are professional, did a great job listening to what I liked/wanted while balancing their expert knowledge of what styles look good on what heights and body types. Ultimately, they found me my perfect gown. When I expressed my disappointment about not having arm coverage they promptly brought out the seamstress to discuss/demonstrate potential options. I couldn't have had a better experience. Not to mention I won a FREE bridal gown!! more

I recently purchased my bridal gown at Nolte's Bridal. It was a fabulous and fun experience. The setting was relaxed and inviting. I felt like I was in the living room of my own home. Valerie the sales consultant, and Michael Nolte the owner, were very knowledgable and passionate about their work. Michael was very patient to hear my opinion first and offered his expert opinion about each gown and also advice for my wedding. I felt very comfortable and there was no hidden surprises and no pressure. Also, all alterations are done by his own tailor in house and your wedding gown is stored on site until you need it for the wedding. Overall, hands down this was above and beyond all other 4 bridal stores I visited. more

I live in Texas and made a two hour drive to Nolte's Bridal while visiting my sister in Kansas. I had visited one other bridal store before going to Nolte's Bridal and was slightly discouraged with the finding the dress process. From the time I walked in Mr. Nolte and Donna were more than helpful. They helped me find my perfect dress and I couldn't be more excited to wear it on my wedding day. I purchased my wedding gown here for my March wedding. I had a style in mind, but after trying on that style at other boutiques, I didn't think it flattered my body. When I went to Nolte's I asked to try gowns that were more along the lines of my modified expectations for my gown. The sales rep. brought out a gown (designed by Mr. Nolte) that was right in line with my original wish for what my wedding dress would look like. Without me even telling her that's what I wanted! I think she read my mind. I tried it on, and this one actually fit and flattered my figure. Mr. Nolte came into the room and talked to me a bit about accessorizing and about the wedding. It was a really lovely experience. I highly recommend Nolte's when you're searching for the dress. more

Bought my dress there for my daughter's wedding. Donna helped my daughter and I select the dress. Donna listened to what we were looking for, and we ended up selecting the first dress she picked out for us. Great service and personal attention! more

After having an awful experience at another local bridal store, I went to Nolte's over my lunch break only to browse. Mr. Nolte was there and suggested that I try a dress or two on to attempt to make the bitterness towards wedding dresses in general after the previous experience go away. He asked me a few questions and we spoke for 10 minutes about what I was looking for. The first dress I tried on was 100% the one, and exactly what I was looking for. Mr. Nolte's ability to listen to his customers, and interrupt the information into a dress is spot on! Since I was on my lunch break we decided that it was best to bring my mom back a few days later to get her approval. Needless to say when my mom came back with me she loved the dress also, and we purchased it. Also, a few days later I brought my bridesmaids back to Nolte's and purchased their dresses from Nolte's also. I am more than impressed with Nolte's, Mr. Nolte himself, and his staff. They know exactly what they are doing, and how to help their customers. I would without a doubt recommend Nolte's to anyone who was looking for wedding attire. more

I recently bought my wedding dress from Nolte's and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The woman that helped me, Valerie, was so nice and made every aspect so fun! I just purchased my wedding dress last weekend from Nolte's Bridal! If was the first store I went to, I tried a few others, but came back and bought the 3rd dress I tried on at Nolte. They have gorgeous dresses, and they really take great care of you. Valere took care of me, and she is fabulous. She really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect dress. Everything there is very fine quality and they have great options for bridesmaids and mothers too! :) more

Michael and Donna at Nolte's were very welcoming when I came in to try on wedding dresses with my mom. They let us spend as much time as we needed looking at all types of dresses and trying them on. I went to a few other bridal shops and they were not as open or welcoming as Michael and Donna. These other shops did not let me look at any of their dresses, they did not let me know the prices of any of the dresses I tried on, and they did not let me try on veils, sashes, or belts with the dresses I tried on. I returned to Nolte's to purchase the dress that I fell in love with, and I am so glad that I did because they provided the best customer service, and the best environment in an already stressful task. I would definitely recommend Nolte's to any bride looking for a wedding dress because of their great customer service, and their ability to help brides with any budget. more

My experience at Nolte's was definitely story-worthy! I tried on probably 6-8 dresses before I found one, but Anna worked so hard with me to help me find just what I wanted! I was going to be graduating on the day they had their big sale, but they were understanding and sold me a dress at a phenomenal sale price a few days before the sale. Oh, and they have huge dressing rooms with nice couches for your guests to sit on. more

If you want the Say Yes to the Dress experience without leaving Kansas, try Nolte's. The shop is small enough to provide the intimate, one-on-one attention you want when shopping for your big day without sacrificing on selection. The dresses at Nolte's were gorgeous and, in my opinion, reasonably priced. On the same day I visited Nolte's I also went to David's Bridal (aka Bridal Hell). Some of the dresses at David's Bridal were as much as the dresses as Nolte's but without the craftsmanship and quality as the lines that Nolte's carries. I found the customer service at Nolte's to be wonderful. Donna was attentive but never pushy; she listened to what I said about the dresses I tried on and adjusted the selection in the room based on my likes and dislikes. By the fourth or fifth dress, I'd found the one! Donna was sweet throughout the whole process; you can tell that she loves what she does (and she's REALLY good at it, too)! If you want a special experience, Nolte's will give it to you. I would definitely recommend it! more

Nolte's helped me find the perfect mother of the bride dress. I was given undivided attention during the process of selecting my dress for my daughter's wedding. I felt like I was their number one priority even on a day when I just walked in to their bridal store with no appointment. I would highly recommend this store for anyone wanting personalized service. I had a great experience at Nolte's. I did not have an appointment and had just come from a different bridal shop feeling discouraged after 2 hours of trying on dresses as I just couldn't find what I was looking for my second wedding. At Nolte's, I selected a few special occasion dresses and was shown into a nice, roomy dressy room with a large mirror and good lighting. The young sales gal, Ana, quickly picked up on what i was looking for, made a few suggestions that were spot on- , shoes, accessories, everything. It was a great experience and such a relief to have someone whose style suggestions matched perfectly to what I was looking for. I recommend the shop for an intimate and personalized experience. more
